Not for me - we usually have two entrees, one being the traditional ham or turkey, and the second being something I personally love, like lasagna, salmon or stuffed peppers David Martin.  I could eat a plate of different fresh veges and be very happy - in many restaurants I order 'double veges' as opposed to rice or potato, with an entree!

We have shrimp and sea scallops and always fresh zucchini sauteed in olive oil with fresh garlic and onion and fresh green beans, at a minimum. The rest is negotiable but can include pasta, ham or turkey or all of them depending on who is coming to dinner.

Our traditional dish is home made sausage rolls, we eat them Christmas morning while unwrapping the gifts.  They are actually biscuit dough filled with sausage and grated cheese.  They are rolled up like a jelly roll, frozen and then sliced and baked.
