Many services out there that will do it, but your crm may also do it, sometimes it just takes a bit of exploring to decide which one is best for your needs.

I suspect there are, including Send Out Cards, but the personal handwritten cards are a nicer touch. It’s pretty easy to do and a nice feeling to receive them

I am sure you can find some that do.  It would be so much nicer and so much more appreciated, it if you sent a hand written note...you may even get a referral from it.  We all like the human touch.  A

No, I don't. I don't believe in automated drip of this sort. I order my home anniversary cards each year and personally write and address them each year to each client. It's the personalized aspect of it that generates referrals not an automated drip. How much time can it really take to personalize? (Not much.)

Dario, use your CRM to alert you a week before an anniversary, birthday or house-a-versary and send out a card with a handwritten note. People love to hear from YOU, personally!

Thank you all for the fast answers.

This was actually asked by an agent I work with.

As noted by many, I think some kind o calendar alert followed by a hand-written card is her best option.

Every calendar which you have access to can alert you of the cards you should mail this week.

Every agent focused CRM will allow you to schedule a anniversary message to be sent via email. Even the free email programs like Gmail or Outlook can do this.

Most agent focused CRM have partnerships with outside vendors who will actually print and post the card for you. The problem is, how will you kno it was sent to arrive in time?

Start with WiseAgent.com. Do not overlook BellaRuby.com and the value added potential this resource provides.

But, be careful of chasing shiny things.
