I got X after two years with 6+ and absolutely love it, especially camera and video abilities( some are better than my huge Nikon camera). Make sure you watch some tutorials, since they added a lot of new staff.

Checking in on feedback here since I need to make a change as well from my 6

I have iPhone 7Plus and love it. A month later my husband got the 8 and he loves his. Frankly, I wasn't willing to wait for the 10 or pay that price when the others are excellent.

Still on my iPhone 6S..so far so good. I am listening to others who have the 10 and love it and to others who say go with the 8. Parked and listening for others to answer.

i have an 8- stores more, a few new tricks, but otherwise works like my 6.

Mine is the 6 and it satisfies my needs. Grandkids could weigh-in with their opinions, I am sure.

No help here. I am a droid gal all the way. Bought an iPhone years ago. I did not like it at all ... took it back and replaced it with a droid. 

My 6plus is still working fine.  I'm not going to upgrade until it can't hold a charge, anymore.

I swent with the 8 for the 6 when mine failed. The 10 hadn't beenr eleased yet but I live the 8. Not into the Plus.

The word is out that next to spending top dollar and getting the latest greatest known as the 10 model the 8 is getting a good review for less money. Me, I am still on the 5 model because it works just fine. 

I still have my iPhone 6 and love it.

My kids always laugh when people ask me about my phone....it's an iphone...what kind?  idk but it makes calls

I have the iPhone 7 Plus and like it. The size is great for reading, but a little difficult for storage in purse or pocket for example. Hubby has the new 10 and LOVES it. Camera much better, size of screen as big as my 7Plus, but overall phone smaller. If you don't like too much touchy stuff (no home button on 10), go for the 8 - same good camera, but old feel. Make sure you are comfortable with size of Plus.

I recently upgraded from a 6s to the 8 plus and I love it. I was very happy with the 6s but now that I have the larger phone with the larger screen I am very happy with it and can understand why people like them.  The battery life is longer and photography features are excellent.

I'm going to be trading to..my 6S is still working but no it's only a matter of time. Debe Maxwell, CRS just got the 10 and loves it! Thanking hard about it.

I am in the process, phone ordered, on upgrading from an i5 to an i7+. My son said it will make a world of difference. We shall see!

Just traded up from a 6 Plus (16G) to 8 Plus (64G).  Terrific!

I will be upgrading the 6s to the 8+ or X after the first of the year.

No help from me, Judi. Sorry. I'm a Samsung Galaxy girl. T-Mobile gives me a free upgrade each year.

One of my agents just went with number 10 and said he loves it.

Probably iphone 8+ to save you some money. 

I have a 7+ for 2 years feel like 6.  Not doing everything on smart phone.  I have seen people carry those huge jumbo screened smart phone.  

We have several phone mfg companies developing it locally.

it's time for me to trade up, too....so I'll see what others have to say...my daughter just bought an 8 Plus....she loves it....

I had a 6 that wasn't working properly and went to the 8+.   Easy transition and great camera.  

Judi K Barrett I have an iPhone 6 Plus and really don't see a need to upgrade. I'll probably wait until Apple stops supporting it with software upgrades.

IF you like your iPhone 6 you are going to get the iPhone7 or 8 or 99.

No one wants to learn anything new. 

Now if you don't like how iPhone or how the carrier treated you....those Samsung products look really good.

So far Sprint and iPhone7 have treated me well.

the bigger the phone the better for viewing and doing more tasks...I have stayed away from the latest model until gltiches get fixed and price lowers.....love the iPhone ...

Judi, good choice. I went from 6+ to 8+ (256)  a couple months ago and love it. The transition was seamless as it is very similar to 6+...glad I didn't wait for the X and spend the extra money!

BIG HINTS:

#1  Before you set up your 8+ run all the updates for iTunes and iCloud then back up to one before transferring your data. There was some glitch with iTunes so I had to use iCloud and it took a LONG time to upload everything so do the transfer at night when you don't need the phone.

#2  Eventually I found out that the iTunes issue was because the 8+ was not running the latest OS. Apparently it was not updated before shipping and that caused the problem. Good luck!

I had iPhone in the past; now I have a  Samsung Note 3 with T-mobile. I need a new phone. I am thinking about iPhone 7 or 8. 

Maybe it's time to consider switching to a Droid phone like the Galaxy 7.

I've had a 7+ for a little more than a year.  Love it.  But looking forward to my next one.  Not sure if I can wait for the 11 in April or not

Not an i-phoney person.  I prefer Android... better tech and they have features 2 years before apple does.
