LionDesk is pretty good and low cost at $25/month. See review here: http://realtytechnews.com/liondesk-review-real-estate-crm-offers-value/

I'd lean towards one which understand you are a working real estate agent. Many of the CRM's mentioned are for the general business person. Nothing wrong with that but if you want letters, flyers, email campaigns, etc geared for Realtors and/or seller/buyers make sure you invest in a Realtor/Agent based CRM. If you want to know where you need to be next week then use outlook or google's suite of tools. I've got my wife and busines partner all sharing a Google Calendar. That way my wife can see my week and plan accordingly and enter/invite me to certain events.

You likely have come to the right place for many(and good) responses. Good luck in your search -- there is a lot of talent/experience in the AR membership.

All and every email apps are by themselves basic CRM apps regardless of the one you use. If you use Outlook from the MS-Office ecosystem, you already have one of the best built-in CRM app you can get without going third-party or add-on.
At no additional cost, I should add...

There are MANY free versions of crms provided by major companies.
These free versions come with limited features or restricted database size.
OUTLOOK for some agents is all they need.
Sugar, Hubspot and BellaRuby are three with FREE versions.
Realty Juggler and WiseAgent are excellent low cost providers.
However, it your business is intent on success, you really need to dig deep into providers like Hubspot, bombbomb and Talkfusion.
Very basic sounds like someone in possession of counter-intentions.
Make certain your CRM supports your business plan, and take care to NOT make your business conform to the limits of your CRM.

I use Lion Desk after a lot of research, it is very basic and very easy to use, mobile device friendly, has few follow up campaigns and ability to track your communication, extra for video. If you decide to try, i'd be happy to send you a code as a member for a discount. ( basic 25$/m but you'll end up with much much less)

Depending on your basic needs, Zoho or Reallysimplesystems.com have basic free CRM's. They have training videos to help you get set up. I used both and I think if your looking for simple they would be a good choice. They were easy to use and basic features are available.

Mine is integrated in my website. Everything is automated... as soon as a perspective lead starts to complete a form, the lead is captured. Then an automatic email campaign starts. There is also Ixact Contact which is relatively inexpensive and a good CRM.

RealtyJuggler is only $99 per year and they have amazing customer support too! It is very robust however, very simple to learn to use. DO not use Top Producer. And you don't need any expensive ones either.
