My goals are always the same, to sell at least what i sold the year before and continue to grow. Work smarter not harder. I do not spend time on setting goals, i just go out there and do it. I see people set high goals only to get frustrated or depressed even that then hurts their business.

I think setting goals one year in advance is not far enough. yes you do need a blueprint but also how it fits 5,10, and 20 years into the future for your vision.

I'm not sure of the 2nd half of your question. Goals get you where you want to go. I'm doing that now for 2018. Have to change things up for the new year & deciding how that gets done.

I have gotten a copy of Tom Ferry's 2018 goal plan & it's got great ideas on where to get business from. If anyone wants it I will email it to them.
