I prefer to be on the listing side. But when I do take a buyer client, I like when they listen to me. They get pre qualifed with a local and trusted lender. They drive through neighborhoods to get to know what they like and do not. When a new listing hits they go see it quickly. When they see something they like, they make a good offer up front. Then there are smiles all around

Depends on the buyer. But if the buyer is motivated, willing and able, I love the whole thing: showing houses, negotiation process, escrow process and especially closing, when they get the keys from their new home.

I love showing relocation buyers our gorgeous city, getting to know them, finding the needle-in-the-haystack dream home for them, negotiating on their behalf, the discovery period...everything from start to finish and beyond. The best part, I think, is seeing them settled in their new homes, thrilled with their home, neighborhood and their new city!
