IMO if you need a coaching system for a team leader or manager, you need a new team leader/manager - but that's me ;)

The CORE is great for teams, Gary. 

I would recommend looking at more short term directed type of learning versus someone permanent.

Keller Williams wrote the book on the whole concept of a team leader/manager. We have coaches who can coach you on the hiring of your Team Leader and bring them along. 

Debe Maxwell, CRS 's people have an impressive presentation on their website.

I know that Brian Buffini used to have coaching for team leaders. But as I haven't had a team in over a decade I have not kept up with who's doing what.

I couldn't recommend any of them, since I don't keep up with their businesses and results. I would guess they all offer some type of team coaching. Amy Stohr, Floyd Wickman, Buffini, Ferry, etc. All you can do is try them out until you find one that helps you move towards whatever it is you're trying to accomplish.    ( Amy Stohr is now president at http://mcleaninternational.com/

Buffini is one of the best but also very expensive.

I like to mix my coaching systems between Buffini and Tom Ferry.  My broker, Brett Noel,  has his own coaching system and it is awesome.  

Interview carefully. Ask lots of questions. Listen.  Again...carefully.

I have no idea but it seems you could learn this through self study.

I am a Tom Ferry fan.  Listen to some of Tom Ferry You tube, they are free.

I have always valued Brian Buffini's tips for us.

A leader sets the example. Furthermore, they lend their ears out and then call the necessary play without prompting thus instilling confidence. Remember the existing team rule dynamics: Forming, storming, norming and performing stages. These are crucial to the success of a good team

A team leader or manager. Be aware, this persons core competency is not hocking houses. but immersing members into a share goal/outcome.

This means the owners must have a clear vision that will serve as the beacon for the enterprise.

If the vision of the owner parallels that of a disruptor, then you need a different kind of team leader/manager.

If the vision of the owner is to play patty-cake and further the practice of robbing aquariums,  then any of the readily available franchise courses are the place to start. Seriously, what you will need is a list checker, not a visionary.
