If you want to be treated as a professional, you need to look the part. This is the most basic marketing thing you can do and to not have a professional photo taken shows that you are not serious about your career.

never a selfie!!!  I had new photos taken today by the professional photographer who does our listing photos .... she actually came to the office and did a special set up there for any agent in our office who wanted photos done... I had 4 different shots taken... I'm good for another season....
