I am personally offended by very few things, but that is one of them. You better have a damn good reason to keep me any more than a few minutes after meeting time without letting me know. And if you do it 2x, the meeting will never take place again. A guy wanted to buy a piece of musical equipment that I had. He kept me waiting an hour past the meeting time. I told him under no circumstances would I sell it to him at any price. And then I went down to the Goodwill and donated it.

As a general rule - 15 minutes and I will usually send a text or call. 
If someone doesn't call/text or respond to mine within the 15 minutes, then either they are dealing with an emergency situation or have no respect for my time (and life is too precious to disrespect time).

It depends on the person.  Really it does.

Is it a first time meeting?  Is this person traditionally on time?  Lots of questions I ask myself.  These included.

Depends on the nature and time of the next appointment. If the 2nd is put at risk because of the 1st, they get the 'On time IS late," action.

I hate to reward tardiness. There is not greater sign of prevailing disrespect than to waste the time of another. 

Now, I will confess, if they are delivering the ONLY solution to be found I must measure my reaction. 

However, an agent incapable of managing their buyer will find no one home after 30 minutes.

I'm patient but dislike rude discourteous people. If they haven’t called or responded then we will need to reschedule. I won’t wait more than about 15-20 mins 

Fifteen minutes, then I will call them to find out if we got our wires crossed. 

Typically wait for 5 to 10 minutes then I call ... text or both.. if no response, and then in another 5 to 10 minutes I leave.

If no other appointments are in the queue I may wait up to an hour. There are always things to do without customers at my side.

If it is someone that I don't have a history with, I make them call me an hour before the appt to confirm that they will show up.

Otherwise I do not put my shoes on...

- day before a txt/email as a reminder asking for confirmation

- 15 minutes late, a phone call to a cell phone if I have a number and explain I will wait only 15 minutes more.

- 30 minutes and I am gone

Usually 15 minutes and you can bet I will be on the phone

Waiting is not one of my strong areas, but it does depend on what I have going on.

depends on where the meeting is.  Mostly I have people meet at my office where if they are running late I am still productively working. At a home with no call about 20 minutes is it.  However I always try to call and confirm about an hour prior to meeting to be assured they are going to show.  And I never meet buyers at home for the first meeting.

Not a big fan of lateness, even less so of no-shows. If it's a 1st time meet I'll make a call or send a text, wait about 15-20 tops & then I'm out like trout. Established clients I will wait awhile for. 

I find this behavior (not calling if running late) extremely irritating. If someone hasn't arrived by about 5-10 minutes after they are expected, I call them. If it goes to voice mail (it usually does), I tell them I'm at the appointed location, our appointment was at x o'clock, and it's currently 10 after. I also tell them that if I haven't heard from them in 5 minutes, I'm going to pack up and leave.

One guy was late the first time we met. So the second time, I called him about an hour ahead of time to make sure he was coming. Yes, yes, of course. So I went to the appointment. Beautiful Sunday. I didn't want to be running around with clients. Drove 1/2 hour or so to the appointment. Opened the house up, turned on the lights, and sat in a wonderful spot in the garden area, waiting for him. Thinking, this is "THE" house! it's perfect...  You guessed it, he was late. So I called. He answered. And said, "Oh, gee, I changed my mind." I told him to find a new realtor. Adios.

And then there was the guy who showed up an hour late and wanted to know where I was. Haha. Home buddy. Where do you think I am? And no, I'm not coming back.

I call before the appointment and if I don't get a verification, I don't go.

I am a stickler for time..I am there on time 99 percent of the time but I will normally give someone 15 to 30 minutes - it all depends on what I have on my schedule..

Depends on the client. For one of my beloved clients 15-30 minutes 

For a new client 10-15 minutes.

For a client the answer would be depends how well I know them. For a vendor it is a very bad idea to be late. I believe all my vendors usually come few minutes earlier. 

Usually about 15 minutes. I will call, text them to ask if they are still coming. If it will make me late for next appointment I will wait longer, because delays happen in life.

I wait 15 minutes. I do like to always get there 15 min early and will call say at 9am right at appointment time if they are not there on time.

I will call after 5 minutes late, to be sure they have the correct address or directions.   No answer, or return call I leave in 15 min.

About 10 minutes. If a client, I will then try to reach them, but if a vendor trying to court my business, they just lost me.

I have them meet me at the office so if they are late, no big deal, I am working along like a little beaver. Or I take cell calls to make and whip out the to do list, so again, I am not held up and still productive. People are late, they don't value your time. Just the way it is these days dealing with John Q and Jane Doe Public.

If it’s a new client I leave after 10 minutes if it’s a repeat client I’ll attempt to call them and leave them a message saying that I’m leaving in five minutes which that point would be waiting 15 minutes

By the way when they show up late the appointment still ends on time my other appointments are not going to be late because they poorly planned.

i always text or call a few min before to check and see if they are on time etc. i am usually early, if i dont get an answer, i give 15 ish min. after the set time 

If it is a handy man they are 100% unreliable. Call, text all at large.
