A regulation that gets lost in the translation? Or a type of boys haircut. Back in the 60s, we had 3 choices at Chuck's Barber Shop. A Regula, Flat Top, or Crew Cut. I always went with a Boys Regula. Or, it's a condition you get when you add Ensure to your diet. It helps to keep you Regula.
