My all times favorite is Think and Grow Rich. Makes a great present. 

I just ordered for my son: Unshakable by Tony Robbins and Principles by Ray Dalio. 

If I had to recommend one single book that every real estate agent 'should' read is "Shift" by Gary Keller. Although it's a few years old now, it is still as good today as it was then. It became a reference book for me, with sticky notes and sits on my desk - and I still refer to it from time to time. I must have read certain sections over and over...

I guess Rich Dad Poor Dad had the most impact on me.  IT got me started investing in real estate, which then got me into real estate full time as an agent. 

The Art of Exceptional Living by Jim Rohn.  It is not a real estate book, though.  It's not even a book.  As the title implies, it's about creating the life you want.  It is only available on audio CD or on Audible.

Note really a book person. I create my own ideas on how to better myself and my real estate agents to set me apart from others. My feeling is if it's in a book, others have read them and doing those things, so it's not anything new.

Probably The Millionaire Next Door and 7 Levels of Communication. MREA is good too. I am not a KW agent but Keller has some good books. That, the MREI and The One Thing are all good. -Kasey

The Millionaire Real Estate Agent. Why re-invent the wheel when those who walk successfully have generously shared their systems and ideas. I don't understand folks who don't read books. We are continually educating ourselves. You are NOT a finished novel!

Stephen Covey: "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People".  All of the business books in the world are interesting;  however, if you don't have a method and plan to implement the various ideas, then they are merely novels that end up collecting dust on the shelf.  This book establishes a foundation upon which our business, our life, and our purpose can be built on.

MREA - the red book

I don't have a favorite as many have been what I needed at the time I read them. It's like going to a class or seminar, there are nuggets to be taken away from each of them.

There are many.

I kind of like mine.

an oldy, but great book is Zig Zaggler real estate 101.  Read it early in my career and still re-read annually
