The problem is that we think we have a problem.

I do have a procrastination issue but, for the most part, deadlines tend to inspire me and I've been able to use it to my advantage. 

Relocation and motivation have slowed me this year. An assessment as to future plans is under way!

ONE FAULT!

Oh I wish.

I just might give my business 'Etch-a-sketch' and vigorous shake and draw some new lines.

I've got to stop hedging my bets and go all in.

  I moved to the Coast last year.  This month I moved back to town. 

    Time, money, stress, other issues associated with moving... I am staying put!

my biggest fault is I take too few vacations

I have already leaned forward for 2018 and hired a virtual assistant team to help with some online clean-up and brand awareness.

The biggest thing I am in the process of doing is turning over day-to-day SEO/backlinking/online marketing to my husband and one of my daughters will be helping with some aspects of social media.

I will be free to concentrate completely on selling homes (and periodic blogging). 

Some medical issues have slowed me down this past year along with the lowest levels of inventory ... so I am hoping things will turn around and I'll be ready when it does.  In the meantime I probably need to hire an assistant as the details of my business keeps me struggling with Time Management.

No problems for me.

Fighting my adhd and maintaining focus is always a challenge

Oh, let me count the ways! Like you, analysis paralysis keeps me focused on the numbers FAR too much sometimes - I think it's a Virgo thing!

Relinquishing duties when it's right in front of me - I always want to 'just do it' and have finally told assistants to just smack my hand! I need to keep my hands out of the cookie jar and I'm okay with an occasional smack!

None that travel with me currently but my youth was a rodeo....

Even at an advanced age it keeps getting bigger so the only obstacle I have is do I want to keep working?

sorry, I can't think of much that has slowed me down.... the majority of my marketing is done offline in search of listings.... it works well for us....

I am very fortunate, we balance each other out on this one, strengths and weaknesses.  Mindfulness is something we both can be better at.  And that means taking time to focus on each item without being distracted.  A

I understand paralysis analysis only too well, being a bit of numbers geek. For me it's always a tendency to want perfection which can result in procrastination. I need to always keep reminding myself that what counts is excellence not perfection. But that's been a life-long battle for me.

Giving control over to anyone, assistant, VA, etc.

I lack making enough phone calls a day!

Nothing business wise.  Sure took me 6 months to find a new couch I liked for my house and over two years for a SUV though.  On the bright side, when I saw the one I wanted, I pulled the trigger immediately.

Having moved from Illinois to Tennessee and starting my mortgage broker business over again, my fault is that I have too many plans and visions of where I want to take my business and it's not going as fast as I wanted. I do analysis constantly but that is something I love to do. I will get to where I want, (I always do), but it always seems to take longer

You can tell that you are very analytical with things. 

I think that I am bombarded with too much stuff at once every day. It makes it hard to keep track of the good things vs. the garbage that needs to be discarded. I'm not sure how to get around it but I have been starting.

Example:  Short videos for ads. Have a bunch of companies all of a sudden so I watch them & then get all distracted on what I am actually trying to get done for the day. There are like 4 I actually have to review.

Me, myself, and I. Seriously, I am good at my job but I am not as focused as I should be. I'm in the process of changing that and literally spent an hour at the table last night writing out concrete steps.

Relying on others who have failed to deliver "on time"...

Mine is health, and I'm working to get stronger by eating healthy and working out almost daily. Have to take care of your body.  Everyone should.

I have moved forward this year with good systems and follow up in place. I am nowhere near being a procrastinator or having a hard time making a decision. It's not in my nature at all.

I am willing to help most anyone and it takes some time away from my marketing
