The calls never stop, John! The 'Let's do coffee' or 'Can I stop by your office?' are never-ending... but, I always tell them, "Sorry, I'm committed!"

I get lots of call from lenders wanting to work with me. 

No more than usual... but too often for my taste. And let's face it, someone should tell them we don't recommend LO's based on a conversation over a cup of coffee.

I had a LO send me an email a few weeks ago asking to set up a meeting so they could tell me all the good things they are doing. They forget I had buyers who used them before and it was NOT a good experience. No thank you.

We get them, but we're so loyal to the ones we know that get stuff done, I'm not receptive to most. Will offer to put them in our database and call on them when we need them but that's pretty much it. I get with our regionals for commercial and business lending periodically and enjoy them. Kind of have my tribe already set up there.

No but one did sponser a workshop for us recently.

Yes, unfortunately I do not have enough sales to refer them to all the LOs that are contacting me. I have short list and as long as they keep doing a great job I will continue to share their contact info. That is all I can do.

Not as many calls as emails.  I must be on a corporate wide list for Total Mortgage.  I have unsubscribed many times ... the emails keep coming.

Yes, all the time. Timing is everything and sometimes the schedule does not find time for a meeting. Sometimes it does. It is part of the business.

Yes and i reminded a couple of them when i called to pre qual a new client of mine, and they ignored me because they were too busy, that i am too busy for them now.

       They sponsor classes at our Board; they send emails with rate sheets, newsletters.

     I get a really good newsletter in my Gmail inbox; it comes from a California lender by the name of John Meussner !

I get tons of calls each day asking for my business - LOs, inspectors, sewer scope people, photographers, etc.

I haven't but I'm in a pretty small market so it's not worth their trouble.
