2/3 - I work for an independent brokerage & make more than all the other agents in my area. What's better than that? We can build our own teams & get residual income from agents we bring in. What's better than that? The company is doing so well we have more agents than all the franchises in the area! Saving for retirement has a lot to do with how well you save your money! People like to over spend; cut down your spending & work hard & you'll have plenty!

I represent both buyers and sellers but, have no idea how many agents in my area only represent sellers.

Yes, I don't mind at all sharing that real estate is in my investment portfolio. I believe in what I sell!
