Nope. Because it's probably yellowed too just like the advice that is inside. Not everything stays relevant. Other things, like good general sales advice (Zigler, Tracey) are good forever.

I found a sewing kit, an ad about a home listed by a lady with a big "dick" in the back which I shared with others. A fly swatter with a retired realtor name on it....

The flyers showed home prices were exactly 10% of what they charge today.
