I highly doubt it! You can get yourself above Zippo with long tail niched keywords by learning simple SEO. Or you can have the vas do it for you. Run away from any company that says they can get you above Zippo without even discussing your market, your keywords, your target audience with you. 

You can go to my AR blog, my YouTube channel, and Facebook to get all the free tutorials on how to rank above Zippo. 

But if you want to rank above Zippo for short tail like Cape Cod Real Estate, you will have a tough time to get to page one in the first place, yes, we do it all the time, but it takes a long time and a lot of blogging and backlinking. 

And I don't recommend that kind of keyword because a buyer putting that into google search is not that close to a buying decision.
