I would like to share occassional guest posts or pages for a backlink....I agree on 1.5K words ...  I have articles ready to go and can let any of you post on my website in exchange.

Here's why:

I don't know if you were ever a 2.0 realtor from the early days of real estate blogging. You would write an great article, and google would put it at the top of the search rankings and you would get tons of clicks and registrations.  it was a surreal money making machine LOL.  Anyway nobody reads blog posts anymore and google almost NEVER ranks them for keyword searches.  They are practically worthless now except to use as cyber business cards--which can be VERY effective by the way.  For example google shell island resort condos for sale to find me at the top....
