Never... and that one of the reasons I'm with the brokerage I'm with. We have two company-wide meetings per year when agents from all across the state can attend... but these are not sales meetings in the sense of the word.

We have a monthly meetings and periodic classes. I meet with my team once a week as a group and spend time with them individually throughout the week, working on various projects. Neither our office or my team meetings are considered sales meetings though.

   When I was with the big companies, they had a sales meeting at 8:00AM or 9:00AM every Wednesday, followed by a "caravan" tour of houses.  It shot up the entire day.  I don't miss it.
