I have no questions to ask. I'm usually one of whom questions are asked.

First of all "Anonymous" ... we all choose our own tactics but please know that no question is worth more or less than another so do as you please but don't be afraid to "go public."
Second, to answer your question ... I have three that I would likely ask:
1. Aside from the money you can make, what motivates you?
2. How do you get back up after so much rejection and what's your touch that keeps you uplifted and able to brush it off and move on?
3. As a successful and top producing agent, what questions do you find yourself searching for answers on? What are you currently working to improve.
Third, I'm going to add my own comment ... I see many "answers" that don't in fact address your question or provide an answer at all and in a community intended to educate and improve this industry ... that saddens me. It scares me to see agents that already think they know everything or agents that skirt the question and provide an answer that indicated where they get their answers but offer nothing about the type of questions that they would ask.
If you answered this question by providing a response that didn't actually answer the question ... I would ask (because this seems to happen too often when I ask questions as well) that you look at the answer you provided and ask yourself if you actually provided an answer to the question asked ... then I'd invite you to re-answer the question.
In my experience, most "anonymous askers" are newer or already don't feel validated enough to have the confidence to ask a question and your empty answers proliferate the wrong message and work directly against the importance of the message that this community was build to provide.
On a final note "anonymous" ... if I've not answered your question adequately, please feel free to reach out.
I hope you find what you're looking for.

We work with only top producers, and they all say the same thing. Time spent face to face! A

I am with Corinne Guest, Managing Broker on this. I have zero interest in asking a top producer any questions. As Susan Emo is known for saying ... I keep my eyes on my own work.

Through ActiveRain and my own real estate practice, I am in front of top producers and inspiring agents on a daily basis --- the information they share and I observe is a part of my daily self-improvement plan. I feel fortunate.

I would ask about processes and automations, but I would ask someone outside of my market. There is a 50/50 chance that someone inside your market will not be truthful as you are competition.

This question suggests there is 'ONE THING' that makes the difference between success and good intentions. We all know that is not true.
But, there are many chiches that support that misdiretion such as:
ABC (always be closing)
It's a numbers game
You have to be everywhere.
List or die.
But, if you boil down the ONE THINGS, one will find the engine behind them all is one's fidelity to their commitments.

First I would want to know about their particular business model to see if it could be included within my own.

Each market and each REALTOR have different niches, and we should do what works.

Most of what a "top producer" does may not be relevant to my business model. I come to ActiveRain to learn, share as it's done openly.
I would first ask you to define a "top producer". Many will probably answer this with amount of earnings, then I would ask you, is money everything? If you truly enjoy what you do, you will find a way to earn the amount of income you wish without mimicking other agents.

I have probably already asked them all the important questions. The nice thing about KW is we have lots of those folks ready to answer and coach us all the time.
