Not yet. Except for a home inspector I use who does drone shots of the roof.

I have been using full motion video for my listings since 2007. At this point, I just don't see where drone footage helps much unless there is a bunch of land involved or a great location.

Video is always a good idea for Google juice. I deal with a lot of big dirt, and drone photography helps people see it without me worrying about them getting stuck in a low clearance vehicle, or encountering the desert critters.

No drone shots but I do try to utilize video as much as possible. It's hard to find time!

Our market has been very brisk, so not as many times with a video, but definitely drone shots if there is a view.

Drone choices depends on the price of the house, since together with still photography the price for such package can go up to 2k.

Video yes, drones no - I don't see the benefit since there are plenty of overhead images I can get from Bing maps etc

Virtual tours sometimes. Videos of special features like a waterfall or a neighborhood parade. No drones.

Drone shots ... no. Video, yes some of the time. I use Realbird for listing marketing ... it gets good SEO.

Peter,
Drone shots are great for the right property, not all properties are right. Videos do not necessarily sell a home. Great pictures that can be viewed slowly in one's own time are better. A

if the magnitude of the home justifies the use, I use aerial photography...."the eye buys"...

Yes, and also virtual tours. Both are very much liked by viewers. Sometimes the listings are sold before the video is ready, though.

Yes, but the home must present itself well for this media choice. Not all listings do.

I use video on my listings. I don't see much value in using a drone, unless it is a multi-milllion dollar house, set on large acreage to show the vastness of the vastness of the property.
