My best tip - put EVERYTHING on the calendar - personal and business. If you don't you will wind up having no personal time and will work 'round the clock! When I say I 'live by my calendar,' I do!
I'm with you on Mondays, Andrew! Mondays are my phone days and unless someone else schedules something that is beyond my control (buyers or sellers' Closings), I try to leave it open for phone time and maybe a lunch with a client.

I dont like to schedule any early Monday morning appointments for the same reason. My week though is already filling up. My best tip is to not just schedule ahead, i like the night before, but leave space in between to fill in what pops up, and something always pops up
