My third year in San Diego an agent I was in escrow with was murdered by her husband on the day their divorce was finalized. There are more metal detectors in Family Court than Criminal Court.

Oh, I feel for those precious children of hers - now, they will have neither parent. SO incredibly sad. 

Sadly, watching the interview with the husband, I had a suspicion it might be him as well. Again, so sad.

Oh geez... I had not heard that. How awful... not a great piece of news with which to start my Sunday! And so horrible for her family.

Yes, I read the news earlier.  Very sad.  

This is horrible.  I will be praying for Crystal's entire family and for those who were close to her.  This is a tragedy.

John Bear - no surprises here - nearest people are usually the prime suspects as Endre Barath, Jr. mentioned. Sad but true most of the times.

I was hoping and praying for a more positive outcome.  Glad that she was not targeted as a real estate agent; however, this is still very sad to hear and that it was her husband.  As many have pointed out, its unfortunate that her children will have lost both parents. 

Somehow I missed this story. 

Statistically speaking, this is not surprising. Still sad that life would end that way for anyone.

Oh how sad, and thought I was paying attention, as with the hurricane, this was a murder of opportunity.    SAD!  

This is so sad and pointless for one person to play GOD and take another's life.

I can't say anything that hasn't already been said here. I really wish things had turned out differently, at least for her...maybe not him.

I read that she had been staying with her ex-husband at his home while hers was being renovated.
