We use our CRM but also my wife and I have daily meetins, a meeting every week, and a meeting every 90 days to go over our plan and make adjustments as needed.

I have a routine that's streamlined after a listing is secured by one of the team members.... I begin with realbird then my website, then ActiveRain...and it proceeds from there...8 or 9 sites later, I'm done...

I use an outline, but am thinking about using a crm.

Frankly it is just practice and doing it over and over that keeps it on track. I know all my upcoming clsoing dates and can reference any contract I have in the cloud.

My husband likest he ASANA program.  IT is a list of checklists you can program and even assign to others, so you can make your buyers checklist, sellers cheklist, rental checklist, etc. 

When one masters any system.... it then resides within that person....

This is one thing that I'm enjoying about Brivity - I uploaded my checklists to the system and it works to keep the team organized - the one who orders the survey is tagged for that responsibility, the one who uploads all of the listings to our internet sites is tagged for that, etc. And, I can so easily oversee it all with a click of my mouse.

I have many lists and they do not fail me.

I do not currently, but I am working on it. 

I too have a process I follow through in my e-contracts program for all transactions so nothing gets lost in the cracks.

We base our progress with the programs we use strickly on the sales results as evidenced by our income. Nothing more and nothing less.

I have processes for everything.  My paralegal background and later working as a project manger for a fortune 100 company ... I have systems and processes that never allows anything to fall through the cracks. 

My system and processes are self made - cannot be purchased off a rack.

I use checklists, but should be thinking about becoming more electronic. 

After 25 years I'm on auto-pilot for most everything I do and rarely work off of a list. Just my CRM to remind me of birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

We have check lists in our office. They are a great resource.
