Never! No way could I do that. But I do get a lot of calls from people who own timeshares here and want me to sell for them.

Its like a cattle-call, and the hours are bad-but it pays well. I don't like hard sales though.

I do not know if we have any in the Denver metro area, but many in the ski resorts.

I would not. I do not believe it is in the best interest of the consumer and the buyers usually regreet it.

If I had a choice between selling time shares and root canal surgery I would opt for the root canal.

That takes a special license in Hawaii and, no, never considered getting it although there are lots of them. In California, it just never came up.

Actually I have some friends tht do really well at it, and a couple friends that enjoy timeshare purchases.  I was invited to join a group in Kaanapali, it was tempting but I stayed the course.
