Adobe. Organize pages. Could not live without it. Also, I have a free little program called PDF Binder. That enables me to assemble PDFs quickly if they're separated.

With Adobe you can rearrange them and add documents together. We have the paid version of Adobe and can not live without it. Or old school you can just print them out and rescan them all together. -Kasey

Fred, I would just print them and scan as one document. Sounds old-fashioned, I know, I know.  If you don't have a scanner in your office, try CamScanner. It will let you snap multiple page documents and save as one pdf.

You could print, arrange, and then scan again. There are probably some other ways but this would be fast and easy.

It's cumbersome, but in my pdf program I extract each page as an individual page and then upload them in the right order into one new document. Or print and scan in the correct order. I'm not sure there is an easy fix.

There is a freeware program called Primopdf which allows you to save the individual pages as pdf's and rebuild them into the correct order you need.

print individual pages as pdf and then create a new document with the pages in correct order, in this program when you create the "new" pdf it asks if you want to "overwrite" or "append" the pages, choose "append" and you will have the pages in order as the finished document.

Print them out and arrange.

You could use Foxit, or PDF fill.  But there may be legal issues with editing a signed document.

We just use dotloop and have them sign online.

Print them and re-scan them in the right order. This is the fastest way to do this Fred.

MS-office has built-in secret app , where you can reorder the page position. I forgot what it's called...

But you can do this with many PDF apps....

Fred Griffin I had to do something similar the other day. I found a program called Briss that will allow you to crop the pages. I had to crop each page one at a time and recombine the separate pages in my pdf program. It's a free Open Source program:

http://briss.sourceforge.net/

Here's another one I found called PDF Split and Merge. This one is also an Open Source free program. It says it will split by page numbers. I have not used this one.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfsam/?source=typ_redirect

Hope this helps.

Fred,

Can you try the Cute software and share with us?  I have to deal with it daily.  I have reasons to separate them as different pdfs.  But those submit do not seem to get it.  I have to print them out and rescan.  Often I find missing page or signature missing.
