I provide as much information as possible... although, I will say many still call and it's clear they don't read it by the questions they ask.

Floorplans I add, more wording for buyers with no abbreviations. Just reworded one explaining homeowners exemption. Sometimes I wonder if it makes any difference at all - they are just looking at the pics so they better be good.

Every positive is noted and oftentimes objections (negatives) overcome either in the MLS write-up, the syndication write-up or the narrative on the photos.

All additional pdfs are added to the listing, including Disclosures, professional floorplan, survey, features list, etc. As much information as I can give, is definitely given!

when there is a room that's worthy of noting the size, we do... if all the rooms are average or LESS, it's not to the advantage of the seller to list that fact... that's enough to have a showing eliminated... and that's not reasonable...many potential buyers will overlook a limitation if another factor wins them over....we don't ever want to discourage a showing... and we DO add all the features and help the buyer's agent in anyway possible..

Some agents do a MUCH better job of utilizing the power of those blanks on the MLS than others, most just go through the basics and post the minimum.

Our Pictures and Tour speak the loudest to online viewers! And yes we do add as much info that is appropiate for each home and situation.

Yes, I do. More information. More photos. Video. Plat Map. Disclosures, Reports. Inspections. All available prior to going live on the MLS. 

The more info you give, the more likely someone is to not want to see the house.  We use plenty of photos to highlight the house, but not every photo goes online.  We do not do floorplans, sizes, plat maps, etc. as they can lend to liability if they are inaccurate.

Certain features are put into the MLS, but every little feature is not as only the main ones are searched for.

Room sizes are not usually shown in our area.

I add the information to try to get interest in the listing.  But, also, not everything so I will be called for more information.

We don't show room sizes in our MLS, although that would certainly be helpful information to include. 

I'd add as much as possible to help the right buyer get into that home quickly.

We provide what the MLS allows plus associated docs like disclosures or additional amenities as the mls docs allow plus a virtual tour, youtube video or Matterport depending on which is best for the given property. -Kasey

I put in all room dimensions and features that will make my listings stand out from the competition. I also use great photos.

Good pictures tell the story.

48 images per listing is excessive. Some agents do not even resize the images making it counter productive to post on small homes.

I fill out every section I can, and if this information eliminates a home from a buyer's list, then they did not have another set of footprints messing up the floors.

I'm grateful if there are good pictures and basic accurate description. I wish that view would mean the view, sqft would be accurate, etc.

p.s. We are not required to post the size of the rooms. 

Room sizes are something to remember to tackle at the latest during the home inpection with my trusty sonic tape measure

I sure do but find so many do not read what I've included and call!! We are not allowed to quote room measurements..law suits for that one!

My MLS is very detailed, what the syndication does it not my concern outside of mis-information.
