On the other, we will see.
I was just talking with an attorney today about (Dodd-Frank) (unrelated issue) and we agreed that it is so complex, we STILL don't know how it will affect so many aspects of our business - 1000 pages of legislation that no doubt were not read in entirety by Congress. The Financial Choice Act dismantles parts of Dodd Frank. It's like Obiecare - will a partialectomy do the trick or make things worse?

Always a fan of less paperwork, but this does leave us open to the same thieves who contributed to the last crash.

So I have mixed feelings on this

Just because the Houses passes anything doesn't mean it will be law. They haven'y passed anything that has become a signifcant law this year.

We'll see. Hope the children don't $#!+ the bed again.

Kevin, If it helps to strengthen economic growth, by all means it is a good thing. It still remains to be seen...

I was very unhappy with "too big to fail" bank bailouts.  I'm glad this is getting a long overdue overhaul.  Now it just needs to pass the senate, be signed into law and we have to survive the cry-babies and riots over it.

I think it is a good start. We could not keep going the way we were for so long. I am for limiting governement and protecting the citizens.

What I have read so far concerns me that the pendulum is swinging back too far into an unregulated arena.

the high rollers will be grinning ear to ear.... money will be flowing.... and the bankruptcy attorneys will be busy....very busy....

Like medication... one pill fixes one thing and causes side effects, which requires another pill which causes a different side effect which requires another pill which causes a different side effect which requires another pill which.... blah, blah, blah.   And, they can claim success because they covered the symptoms of the original ailment.   Carry on.
