Yes, when I saw "June" I thought that I had just written 2017 for the first time and now I blinked and the year is half over.

I can't believe it's June already!  So far, so good.  An interesting year so far...

I go by quarters.

I know, I can't BELIEVE it!  These first two quarters have absolutely flown by and yes, they've been fantastic!

My year's been amazing.  Good with business, good with personal life, and massive opportunities presenting themselves.  2017 has been good to me thus far, hopefully there's more good in store for the 2nd half.

There are always twists.  There are clients that are fun and easy to work with and then there are those that suck the life force out of us ... it is all about the ebb and flow of business and life.  It is all good. I learn so much from all of it. The good, the not so good ... and the ... you know

Time seems to be flying by...again...each day has something memorable occurring.  

A little behind schedule in some areas, and ahead in others.

Yes that struck me too this month which was a shocker, the days are long but the years are short...it's going well. How's yours going?

I just reviewed my goals for the half year mark and I'm on target! This year is flying by way too fast!

Honestly, my year could be better. the real estate world has been cruel. The ranching world has been a little kinder to me. But planning a wedding has also created added stress. I feel that the year will turn around here soon. At least that is what I am hoping! 

Life is good and getting better!

Great. Only work with sellers. This is the year to get rejected by most sellers as anywhere anything looks like housinf has multiple offers. That includes senior citizen mobile homes(55+) that has 4-6 offers.

That is kind of depressing seeing summer has not shown up here yet.
