Generally 50 to 200, but I dont do it all by myself, I train, plan, and coach my staff to get things done.

I've never counted... I just put one foot in front of the other each day and do what needs doing to keep moving ahead with projects, clients and contracts.

 Yes.  They are on a daily printed list on the desk, and on a whiteboard, and on the drive, and inside my head.

If I tried creating a list, it would add one more project and probably break me!

Oh, gosh yes!  It's a necessary evil in our business!  Set a plan get to it!

Easily over a dozen . . . but a lot more are "in development" and a couple are in "development hell"  LOLLLLL

That figure does not include 25 active listings, which require tending in some way or another on a daily/weekly basis.

Too many.  

Love it though, always something to be completed, improved, or started.  I've got at least 6 different 'projects' going, and once a few are done, a couple others will have taken their place.

Have a 90 day plan and a monthly plan to keep me on track.

Ongoing is different than daily.  I have a daily to do list sitting on my desk and next to it an ongoing to do list.  Once the daily list is complete on move on to the ongoing and priorities that for the rest of the day or the next day. Add on house projects and kid care and there are a lot but I don't know the number.  -Kasey

Yes,  Projects working and projects in the queue. I literally keep a list (yes, a hand written list) on my desktop.

Yes, 3 total but one at a time and there's a new one for each category every 12 weeks.

2. financial
3. business

There are outgoing projects ( like prospecting, blogging, marketing, networking) and smaller projects and individual transactions with their own small tasts( printing, showings, inspections) etc. 

Somewhere around 10-15.  I'm paring down things now.

For projects it is nearly too many to count. Listings, pending sales, future listings, REO all have so many tasks, i dont think i want to add them up. 

Track schedules, targets, contacts til completion on a board.

No current projects for me.

Define "same time".  To, literally, do two things at the same time is impossible.  If you mean things that are on the To Do Lists and in on-going tasks, it could be staggering.   Even as a retired person, I have several things I'm working on at any given time.  I'm not sure I want to count them, though. LOL
