What Barbara Todaro said. You can often repurpose an outdated post.

I did about 30-40 posts for one of the AR challenges a couple of months ago and it is on my list to go through more. It's extremely time consuming, but worth it. -Kasey

I do usually go back and reread my old posts. Not for edits, but to remind myself of what I did previously or things I may need to get back to doing.

I talk with most people who find me here and ask about how far back they look at my blogs. Not many go past 2 weeks.

I check the links and formatting and am really surprised how much is gone wrong. I correct it then.

I do not edit.
I will copy and paste into a new blog with the needed updates.
If the old blog is more than one year old and contains invalid information, I will delete it or LINK the two via a REVISION notice.
A chronic 'mangleing mess' that occurs when new blogs are published makes me think a thousand times knowing this will take a week of constant surveillance and correction before the end product displayed on AR is suitable as a blog from a professional.
I'm so exasperated I've made no effert to fix the last blog pose.

I think it's important, especially for posts you link to over and over, for those that are evergreen, and ones with good traffic. Updates are viewed positively, and many of us have posts that can benefit from updates and cosmetics (e.g., better photos). And there are always broken links to be fixed!

I have found many posts over the years work again with a bit of tweaking.

No. Most of my old posts are market blogs. Changing them wouldn't make any sense. Listing blogs, same. Christmas, event, restaurant blogs same.

I do not - I leave my old posts alone - broken links get re-directed on the site to active pages
