Not raving about it either - explain to the first time buyers that this is an unacceptable (or to be more honest, half-ass!) answer and that you would like them to at least phone your preferred lender.

Let them know that your lender is very detail-oriented and that he/she will be a better fit for someone who is going through this process for the first time.

Well obviously they do not want to do the paperwork involved. If I am correct, they punch it into a program & out it comes with costs involved (inflated). I think that lenders are refusing to do paperwork time & again just because the buyer looks at a different property.

I think it's reasonable.

What response?  That didn't even come close to what you asked for.  At the very least he should have provided you with a copy of their pre-approval from the bank... the amount of deposit they have and what their income is.

I would give them the benefit of the doubt and thank them, but ask for something more detailed that breaks down closing fees as well.  Perhaps the agents they are used to working with don't ask for detailed information.

You didn't receive what you requested. A Net Sheet is a P&L essentially and he simply sent you PITI. I'd call the lender and explain the need clearly.
