Is there benefit? Of course.

Just like when someone says, "Hello," it is your choice how you respond, but it is beneficial NOT to be a curmudgeon.

By the way, I am in FULL control regarding what I read and how I respond. I need to ask, what aspect of 'Hello' are you having difficulty with?

When questions receive no response. the questioner may choose other less effort activities.

PS: when the answer is OBVIOUS, this is acutally an invitation to be creative such as giving the 3rd evolution of the answer. Then see if anyone can keep up.

For instance the 3rd evolution to this question is, "Is there more?"

YES! It certainly depends on the question. I've appreciated questions about products, Brokerages, cameras, computers and more. My fellow Realtors who are familiar with the products we use and how to use them means a lot more than I would get from a google search.
