I would be happy living in a van by the river as long as my wife is there with me.  Beyond the fact that Sally Crane lives here, there is nothing special about our house.

       I can see water from all four sides of my house.   The Gulf of Mexico (Apalachee Bay) from the front and east side windows.   The lagoon (public boat launch) from the east side.   Oyster Bay from the west side.  One of the deepwater canals from the north side.  

My favorite feature is the yard and the area we live in. We have 1.65 acres and are surrounded by farm land front and back. We have a mountain range view from both front and back yards as well. But my absolutely favorite spot is my front porch where I can sit and look at a hill of farmland and a beautiful mountain range while sipping my coffee. -Kasey

Location too. Living in UTC La Jolla Mesa has been a blessing.

my large kitchen with an island that seats 10 comfortably (14 uncomfortably!) and has storage cabinetry for a base....

I love my home for all the memories.

I love our back yard with pool and spa,we enjoy many times out there juist the 2 of us or with family and friends.

The perfect slave quarters ... I mean .... washing area. I'm going to say in front of the fireplace no sewing machine in view.

Mine is my kitchen with professional grade appliances, including a built-in Miele coffeemaker, huge island, and tons of storage room.

Your choice is interesting: my freezer is in my garage. I've never used a sink in the laundry room and I never hang laundery. Stopped ironing years ago. As for sewing... oh no, no, no! 

The location is the most important factor.

Outstanding heating and air conditioning assure our creature comfort.

Situated in a very enthusiastic and active community I like that my house is a place a spend little time.

When I am here and not working, it is the gatherings of neighbors on the continous  spacious patios and pools NOT interrupted by fencing.

Good neighbors make the BEST fencing.

The location in the very center of Charlotte is my absolute favorite feature, Carol Williams!

As far as physical features - we love our veranda and spend a good deal of time there. I love to cook & entertain so, when we built, I had commercial-grade appliances installed and am loving cooking for hubby & guests more now than ever! 

I too, hang my clothes to dry and converted an old ladder and hung it in my laundry room to use for hanging the clothing that I don't like to dry!

My favorite feature of my home is, it is the home my Father was raised in and I can see majority of the ranch no matter what window I look out of! I like how the kitchen is massive and so does Dan. A lot of handmade items are in the house and some of the people who worked from my family years ago built it.

I love the fact that I can be in the kitchen and hear/see every other room. Great when we had teenagers.

We don't really have a fav feature except perhaps our Lanai - skimming leaves and frogs from the pool is a real PITA!

Carol Williams - I loved the wide center stairs to the second level. Like a grand movie set...

We have about three acres so my son can ride his dirt bike and the girls can run around and play without concern.

I love my covered porch, patio and gardens. I have a great kitchen too.

Mine is very private with a big 3 rail fence all around the big property.

My favorite feature is the open concept plus I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I enjoy this view over looking miles and miles of greenery.

It's a toss up between my beautiful hardwood floors and the kitchen.

So many!  Up on a hill, great gazebo in the back (also on a hill) with nice views.  Huge laundry room the length of a 2 car garage (is behind the converted 2 car garage), garage with lots of storage and finished walls & epoxy floor.  Finished attic.  Big yard with freshly grown grass.

Are you sure that's a Laundry Room.. and you didn't annex a dress shop next door lol

Probably my deck and back yard.    Some is my garden, but have many flower beds and is quite private.   

Mine has to be the cover patio to enjoy the flowers in the back yard.
