I pay no attention to gender and haven't for decades. I do my own thing and determine my own level of success and that's the beauty of our profession. Gender inequality in the corporate world, academia, etc. is a whole other story.

Depends on what you are looking at - I saw the other day that there are more male brokers than female, at leaast here in CA, but not sure that means anything at all! Gender doesn't matter

Of course there is inequity?

It depends on which step on the ladder the speaker stands.

Based on some of the 'hen fests' I have attended, the glass ceiling is keeping a lot of fowl from reaching their dreams.

These professional real estate agents clearly have not matured into accountable business owners, yet they are not slow to seek others to blame. None of them are so licensed but point out, 'How many broker, managing brokers are male?"
