No, I started in NYC and they don't have a "branch" in Charlotte. I have been at my current brokerage for 10 years with a three year break to another firm in between.

No.  I started as a salesman and then got my broker's license.  As a salesman, I was with 3 companies.  As a broker, I've been independent.  Just signed up with a national franchise to boost my business.

This is my 5th company but I have been here 18 years.  I don't like to move around.

Interesting question for me Paul S. Henderson, CRS, REALTOR®, as Roger and I just changed brokerages.  So, for me, I have been at my current office for 3 months. 

I'm with the same company and have been in the business 12 years.  My company is the largest independent brokerage in Illinois (25  offices, about 2k agents) and is known for its forward thinking, technology, and integrity.  With all that going for it, I have no reason to leave.

July 22 will be my office's 12th anniversary.
Before that, with a name brokerage for 2 years, and started at a local indie for the first 3.

no.  WE went on our own and became an independent brokerage.

I like the flexibility of doing our own business, since we buy/ sell a lot of our own as well as for others.

No, I moved to a new brokerage about a month ago. I was at the first one for five years.

No, I moved from San Mateo (4 years that broker) to San Diego and then 12 years later went on my own with Big Block Realty 8/2015.

I am at a different agency. Spent 1 years at the 1st one, 8 years at the 2nd one and have been with Keller Williams for 3 years. I also spent some time as an independent.

We moved twice and then opened our own office.

I make it a habit to change brokers every 25 years.

On my 5th after about 27 years and we started our own three years ago.

I started with one company when I first started then moved to another company for a year and moved so went back to the first company since the other company that I liked a lot isn't in the new town I moved to so in the biz for eight years and with same company for seven years.

Started with a small independent that became a large franchise. After a change in ownership of the large franchise, I started my own brokerage - so technically, I have switched once.

I have been with this office/company for over 8 years and would not ever consider changing because I have such a good broker.!

Not really, When I first got licensed Dad thought it would be best to work under some one else for my first year. I worked at Heritage Realty in Colorado Springs for that year. Then I hung my license under my Dad where I have kept it for the past 10 years. Even when I was working for Heritage I still did a lot of work in the area I am in now. 

Have moved several times, both office and out of state!

Still proudly with Hallmark Realtors.

I moved a couple times prior to opening my own.   The first was 2.5 years and the second was 7-8 years.  Opened my own in 2009.

I've only been with 2 Brokerages..my current 22 years and wouldn't even consider changing!

I am still with the company I started with in 2005, though a different office location.
