The first is not to be anonymous! They are all equally important. This question has been asked/answered dozens of times in the Rain. Why don't you research what's been answered in the past, digest the material, and write your own post about what you think the most important fiduciary duty is and why... you'll learn so much more that way.

All the duties are equally important and you cannot pick and choose which ones you want to offer.

Like blood and oxygen are to life... all the fiduciary duties are important to staying legal in real estate.
