I don't now nor have I ever sent hand written notes.... just saying....

I think that most people prefer that I type everything.

I have not today. Negotiating out inspection reports, finalizing a new listing, and talking a few clients off the ledge too precedence!

Not today! Closing on a home, signed a listing, a luncheon with the PT50 and a builder and just got a backup offer on a listing under contract..no hand notes written today!

This is not something I do daily.  I write them when there is a reason to write them.  Working on other things today.

No I seldome do this I know many subscribe to this and perhaps if you did it everyday for 50 cards a week every week you might get a few deals a year but that's a LOT of  time and postage... if someone has better results to share I am all ears as to your methods Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®,CRS,

No Paul, you Buffini freaks can write them for me. It's a good practice as handwriting will not longer be used soon. 

I see the value in it & I have tried to do this. What I found is it's not for me so I am not going to force it. 

I don't use mail marketing. If I did, I would hire someone to write it for me so the public could understand me.
