I would like to offer an incentive to fellow CRS designees that sell my listing but I am not sure if that is legal. I have posed that question to our local and state association but have not received a definitive answer.

On a brokerage level, I do offer my agents incentives in the form of higher commission splits for every NAR sanctioned designation/certification, every year they are involved in the real estate industry, and every leadership position they hold in my community.
