Hourly, bonuses and referral fees if they bring me a client. No vacation or sick pay - they prefer higher hourly wages and a bonus structure.

We use Virtual Assistants exclusively. No sick time issues, government surcharge issues. Use as needed. College educated for $4-$6 per hour. Total game changer.

William Piotrowski - no admin. Though for part time, hourly is the best - as independent contractor only.

My tech assistant is on an hourly wage. If she needs time off, it doesn't cost me.

I don't have an admin. If I did, it would probably be hourly or on a per transaction basis. Just depends on what I use them for.

When I had an assistant/admin she was an independent contractor and was paid at an hourly rate for most things and a set fee for certain specific tasks . She invoiced me. -Kasey

No admin assistance at this point. Previously paid an hourly rate and offered benefits!

You mean assistant? Paid by the job, or by the hour, it depends upon what I hired them to do.
They need to be a subcontractor or independent contractor. I don't have time for W-2's and W-4's and Workman's Comp and Social Security withholding and Obamacare and all that other Government B.S.

Right now i am working a lot lighter than i once did. Three is no need for such a staff with todays technology. I do need another buyer agent looking to work on my team who wants an unlimited amount of buyer leads to run with though.
