An old collectible car in the garage!  Of course, it was sold with a Bill-of-Sale and not included on the Purchase Contract but, I did help my buyers negotiate the car!  

I had two millionaires arguing over a TV in a million dollar condo in NYC. It was worth maybe $500. I suggested to the buyer's agent that we offer to split the cost of the TV to our clients because "obviously they needed the money much more than she and I did." They were so embarrassed, they stopped the arguing and finalized the contract.

Nothing strange.  Sometimes appliances are part of the contract.

Only assist to negotiate single family homes, condos, townhomes, and land that's what I am licensed to do.

I sell real estate, not personal property.  Nothing strange about it.

But the huge farm tractor was the most unique one so far.

Nothing comes to mind that actually sounds strange... I did use an IOU once as an ernest money deposit... a bit unusual I suppose lol

In farm sales, the livestock often goes with the farm.

The deal died when the seller would not include the refrigerator.

William - Nothing strange here, just appliances and some furniture and fixtures from time to time; although the furniture had to be on a separate bill of sale.

Nothing strange at all.  Just the normal things that we negotiate with homes.

I can't think of anything strange, I know I had a few but it's early a.m. but Brian Buffini once negotiated on a dog.
