Some are 30 days and some are 45 days, depending on lender. We get paid at the closing table.

It takes about 30-45 days to close a typical resale home in Boise. If we are having a home built, it can range from 4 - 9 months depending on if it is a production home in a planned community or if it is a custom home.
On a resale home, we can get paid the same day it funds if it funds early enough in the day. On a new construction, if it is a construction perm loan, we can have it set up to get paid on the first construction draw instead of upon completion, but I typically don't worry about if it is earlier or not.

45 days. The commission check to your broker is handed to you after the settlement is completed.

30 days would be the norm here. Most agents get paid when the transaction closes and funds. Most agents have the title company wire their commission to their bank.

Here in Florida it depends on the loan type, 3 weeks to 2 months, and our team gets paid at the table. Cash is 1 - 2 weeks, same pay at the table.

I don't know about my "market." I only know my own business and closing period is a negotiated item between buyer and seller as part of the contract. So I don't generalize. I get paid the same day I bring in a commission check.

30 days to Close and about 4-7 days to get paid. I have the attorneys mail my checks and as soon as it hits my office, my commission is deposited. It's the attorneys that hold up the process!

Depends on the loan, but most transactions are still around 30 days( cash are shorted, FHA and VA are longer). All funds are disburse at the last day of escrow, so usually your broker gets your commissions the same day.

Typical in my market is changing. Generally speaking, 30 day escrow. I get paid when escrow closes ... I am an independent broker. Commission is delivered the day of closing.

For financed transactions 30-35 days; cash 15 - 21 days. Other time frames by convenience to one of the parties and agreed upon. Once we close escrow distributes all funds, typically the next day, including brokerage and my commission checks

Depends on what type of financing is used or none at all. Getting paid is only after everything is done and selaed up tight.

In my area, the typical closing period is 45+ days after contracts are signed. A check is provided at closing for my brokerage, and I get paid about a week or so later.

For cash sales it is 7 to 14 days. For conventional it is 30-35 days. For FHA and VA it has been around 45 days. Once a closing happens, we get paid within 2 business days of a closing.

If buyer is getting finacing 30-45 days. Cash transactions are different where we can close in a week. I get paid as soon my brokerage office gets the check from the title company.

30 days is common practice here, though it can be more or less depending on the agreement of all parties. Paid same day unless the Title Company can't get it deliver the check in time and we can't pick it up, then next business day. You may have to check with your brokerage on their policy on payment. -Kasey

30-60 days... and I can be paid at the closing, if I choose to, but I have it set up to auto-deposit to my account, which generally takes a few days.

We have closed as short as a week (cash purchase), but with loans, 30 to 45 days. With VA loans last year was more like 3 to 4 months. We pay the agents the same day as the check is received.

About 30 - 45 days if the buyer is getting financing. I recently had a cash transaction that closed in one week.
My broker authorizes his agents to get paid at the closing. So, I get my check at the closing table.

45 days to close. 35 of those days are due to the lender.
If closing is before noon I get paid the same day. After noon then I get paid the next day. This is entirely dependent on the brokerage. There is NO reason to waits days to see your check.
