Not sure since I don't know all our laws and acts nor those of other states. Perhaps our Mello Roos property tax?

I have no idea and don't care. Why do you ask and what would you do with this information? Why not do some research on your state and right a blog post about what is unique there. You'll learn a whole lot more that way. (Oh and by the way, this question has been asked and responded to more times than I can count--check the past responses.)

Our taxes in my county are paid 1.5 years in arrears. And they wonder why they need money?
The wife, girlfriend, kids all still have the right of homestead which sounds as old as it is. The women who is living inthe house must sign homestead saying that she is not getting thrown out on the street. An old law from when we really were the prairie state.

We are in Florida! Stand your ground, and the castle doctrine. No state income tax. No tax on groceries or medicine. Assessed value on primary residence cannot increase by more than 3% per year. And other great perks!

I can say I am happy we no way have Mello Roos property taxes. Here in NH, we do not have any unique laws that stand out over what i have heard from other areas.

Hmm, hard to answer without knowing the laws of all the other states. I know CT is very liberal when it comes to Fair Housing: ALL categories of buyers/renters are included, it's much broader than Federal standards.

Unless you're a RE attorney with practices in all 50 states, how would you know and why would it matter?
Just know what you have to deal with in your area.

Good question. However, I don't know the answer to it.

NM is a non-disclosure state meaning there is no way Zillow can know what a house actually sells for.

Unique to Florida? Hmmm,
In order to be compensated for helping others buy and sell real estate, one must have a real estate sales license in Florida. One from Utah just won't do.

Several years ago the legislature passed the Roadkill bill. If we hit a deer, rabbit, squirrel, snake, opossum or the like with our cars we don't have to call the state wildlife people any longer and can load it up and take it home for supper. Yum!

I'd say a very good percentage of the California Civil Code and Government Code and Vehicle Codes are unique to our state.
