It is an interesting marketing campaign.  Jimmy Buffett is one of the most popular singers of our time, and he sells out every time he come to perform at the Santa Barbara Bowl, and also at the private club where he is  member. I hope it does well and lives up to its promises.  A

I've often wondered what "Geriatric living" will look like for the next generation...  Now we now.  lol

So here's the rub, Fred... I'm allergic to sun, so being a beach bum is not quite for me and I don't drink (except for a glass or two of champagne a year at a special occasion). Margaritaville... not quite my cup of tea, as a result. But I do like the song!

Imagine a community of people who are all members of the 'songs you know by heart' fan club. Parrot heads know what I'm talking about.

For those who want to make life style choices EVERYDAY, not encumbered they depth of snow, digits below zero degrees or persistent rain and fog, may find the FLORIDA life style life-changing.

Those same people will need to abandon their curmudgeon credentials or face banishment later.

Why not live where others only dream to vacation?

I like the song once in awhile, but somehow feel an alcoholic haze sometimes with the parrot, song, cruising on back home with a cut heel wasting away in Margaritaville Fred Griffin !
