Now that's in interesting question - before we opted to move to Florida, my husband called me at work and asked if I was interested in buying an island!

We looked into it and discovered its location was on a lake just outside of Northern Maine which had a camp on it that rented out all summer long.

Problem was, there was no electricity except for an onsight genny and during the winter we needed to have a snow mobile to go shopping since the lake freezes over.

We opted obviously for Florida instead LOL
