Lynnea since our weather isn't an issue we doing good. Typically a little slower right after the holidays with listings and that held true to form this year.

Havent' checked but I have many people 'preparing' to put homes on the market.

January and February have always been slim months.... March picks up significantly....

Strong last year, stronger this year.

Much worse but I was going through considerable personal issue with serious family illness

Just started 2017 so too soon to tell.

I have no idea... I'm busy writing contracts, negotiating, and listing properties... no time to worry about a year ago. I just look forward.

So far so good but the best is yet to come!

Mine are about the same though I went into last year with more pending sales than this year.

Just a wee bit better - nothing to write home about though!  This is our slowest month year-after-year so, we're accustomed to it!

January has been crazy this year.  Four new listings, two buyers under contract, one seller under contract.  I know I felt busy last January, but this seems busier.

Right on track with what I expected.

It's all looking very good thus far.  I am confident 2017 will be my best year ever!

Slower. However, Jan usually is slower here. We expect it to pick up next month and leading into Spring. 

Ugh - slow going for me at the moment, low inventory and general buyer hesitancy.  Ready for a pick up!

If you are talking about the market in general, I will have to check on this. For me my sales numbers are up compared to last year.

It is very tight market here, listing volume in the overall market is down but prices continue to rise as it has for many years in our hot market.

A little slower because of weather, but we take a good portion of December off so we are usually a bit slower in January anyway.

I don't do SALES on that format but business has been good and considering how low the inventory is I am honestly a little surprised

I had one closing last year, and HAD one this year, until the title was unable to be cleared and terminated.   Our weather is usually cold and snowy in January, so it is slower.

Better. But you have to look at the big picture.
