I don't use any - I know a client of mine who had pulled their listing to remodel a bathroom (they had gotten too many negative comments about the bathroom during previous showings) that was BOMBARDED with agent phone calls. They are on the DNC list and reported several agents who had to pay a pretty pricey fine! The list that they were using was red - x and they were not scrubbed.

I would be very careful with that, for sure!
