Liquid Nails could not have held it together. Going with the "pink" because the "biege" can't hold on much longer. It never had a chance!

Great example of a cheap DIY project with a bad end result. Oh and I will stay with the original pink that is still intact!

Shaking my head ... I once had a contractor attempt to tile of a vinyl floor.  He was ask to leave and never return. 

Pink is very retro!

It hurts to look at this. And shame on y'all for blaming flippers ;) everything this dramatic and irrational I have ever seen was an owner occupant DIY trying to save a dime, not a flipper. This level of non-talent can only come from someone who has never done tile before. What did they use? Elmer's glue? No! I bet it was a hot glue gun!

Since there is less pink I would remove that color.

I think they have some very nice designer Duct Tape these days.  Surely they can do better!

Well the pink isn't tile is it? Yeesh, this is the listing that you don't want OR the seller says he can fix everything 'himself'. If that were true, stuff like this would be done right?

Crazy what time or cost-saving measures people will take! I would never have even thought to just tile over the old tile. Maybe they thought it was like getting a new roof and that you can have a few layers. :)

This is so dumb.  You should never install tile on top of tile (as you can see).  So, that is dumb...but also, it would cost them less to just reglaze the pink and make it white.  So, double dumb.

The pink actually looks like a good cleaning and good to go. That retro stuff is coming back, anyway.

I agree pink  . . . the beige looks in terrible shape.  If the pink is in the same shape, get rid of it.  You never know what damage is behind the tile.  You can always add paint accents for the pink to make it look awesome.

It is hard to match the missing tiles as size, design or color are not available. Best is place a whole piece of slab to keep water from penetrating as shown here.
