My list is my calendar.

Ones I've used in the corporate world:

One Note - Note sharing, can be grouped and multiple people can use. Microsoft's version of Evernote. I used but didn't care too much for it.
Evernote - Cross platform note program, sharable amongst a group. I used but didn't care too much for it.
Checkvist.com - Website based checklist program. Anyone w/the password can use. No app on phone or integrations there. I used it 7+ years ago and liked it.
Google Tasks - Now incorporated into Keep and Calendar IIRC. Need a Google Apps for full effect most likely, but can do a shared calendar with your team and just color code tasks a different color from calendar items.
