I have been watching concrete being poured since i was little and like it now as much as then.  What comes to mind is "slumping" so if 5 letters, slump as in my favorite test when i used to be able to stick my hands in to test it as the qc foreman would.  Barbara Todaro.

I defintely know this one SLUMP..my exhusband owned a concrete company.

I have also poured concrete and slump is the word. It is terribly hard on manicures and your hands.

This is never a problem when I'm making custom galoshes for clients

I just saw concrete last week.

Learned it in high school working with concrete. First time I heard it had no clue what they were talking about!

I do it in my chair sometimes - my husband always reminds - "sit up straight"
