It's very important. I was at three different offices, before I found the right place and a broker that cared and made sure I was taken care of.

Find someone you connect with when you're interviewing them (remember, they're NOT interviewing YOU!) and get a feel for the office culture before you decide. As Barbara Todaro said, that begins at the top with your managing broker!
